GAERNE EPS LIGHTWEIGHT FULL CARBON SOLE 12.0 Ultra light and ultra thin, the optimised carbon fiber weave ensures every watt of power is transferred to the pedals. The stability of the foot is increased thanks to the shape of the sole in the plantar arch area.
Thanks to recent developments from in-house testing, Gaerne has updated their mid-range model with many design features borrowed from their top-tier shoes. Designed with performance in mind, the most notable feature is the G.Volata’s EPS lightweight full-carbon sole.
The full carbon sole “GAERNE EPS LIGHT WEIGHT FULL CARBON SOLE 10.0” guarantees absolute lightness and rigidity. The ultra-thin thickness of the carbon allows the foot to be positioned at a minimal distance from the pedal, thus allowing maximum power whilst pedaling without loss of energy.
Made with premium materials to give excellent qualities of comfort and good technical qualities. UPPER: The upper is made entirely of soft and perforated microfiber to enhance the light weight and breathability properties of the shoe.
Gaerne technology combined with the know-how of Michelin’s designers and technicians, gave birth to the new EPS Light Weight Carbon Fiber Mtb sole, offering the right mix of performance, durability, strength and lightweight. Its structure is made up of carbon to provide excellent stiffness and power in pedaling.
Combining Gaerne’s Carbon technology with Michelin’s grip know-how, the EPS Carbon Power MTB Sole 8.0 gives smooth, efficient power transfer on the bike and confident traction over any terrain.
GAERNE EPS CARBON POWER SOLE 8.0 is made of nylon enriched with carbon to grant optimum rigidity. The thin thickness guarantees a round pedaling without energy dispersion. The stability of the foot is increased thanks to the shape of the sole in the plantar arch area. Five air vents guarantee ventilation inside the shoe. The sole has an anti-slip insert in the toe and an interchangeable pad in the rear.
